Our programmes

Inner Light delivers structured programmes that support regulation, inclusion, and family wellbeing.
Engagements range from open community sessions to pathway-based and institutional delivery.

  • A structured parent–child programme supporting co-regulation, emotional safety, and connection.
    Sessions are designed with SEN and neurodivergent children in mind and allow flexible participation throughout.

    • Parent or carer attends with child

    • Regulation-led movement, breath, and rest

    • 30–45 minute sessions

    • Delivered in small groups

    Suitable for community delivery or pathway-based programmes.

  • After-school sessions supporting regulation and settling at the end of the school day.
    Delivery prioritises nervous-system downshift, body awareness, and calm engagement.

    Often commissioned as part of wellbeing provision.

  • Time-limited community programmes delivered during school holidays or seasonal transitions.
    Designed to maintain continuity of regulation during periods of reduced structure.

We do not offer clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic services and work alongside existing education and health frameworks.
